Availability of specific channels depends on account status and real-time system availability.
The Platform does not charge a standard fee for deposits; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own transaction charges. Such charges are the responsibility of the User. Processing times vary by channel and may be affected by banking maintenance windows, public holidays and security reviews.
Deposits are subject to the anti-money laundering procedures described in Section 11 (KYC). The Platform reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing any deposit that exceeds a defined risk threshold.
